Yam’s curried chicken thighs
Chicken thighs with skin removed & bone in for more flavour. Marinaded in a smoky curry of garlic, cumin seeds, clove, cardamon, bay leaves and fresh coriander. Served with thai rice & stir fried broccoli. Cold salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions and chick peas with olive oil & lime dressing with cilantro.

spicy lime whole chicken
Whole chicken skinless and marinaded in a spicy lime sauce, roasted slowly to produce a tangy, tender & juicy dish. Served with roasted potatoes and yams & parsnips in a light chick pea flour batter. Avocado corn salad with red peppers & red onions and a cumin and lime juice dressing.

tandoori style boneless chicken breasts
Boneless chicken breast with skin removed marinaded in yogurt, lime and tandoori spices (coriander, cayenne, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves). Served with thai rice & stir fried broccoli. beef tenderloin
A large, tender piece of beef seered on the bbq to seal in flavour. Liberally coated in a rub of Worchestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper and baked to prefection. served with roasted baby potatoes, steamed asparagus, carrots & green beans. Serving Staff
You are welcome to serve your own food or Momos at the Market can provide serving staff. The style of your event will determine the appropriate staffing
If you are serving a significant number of appetizers it is recommended that our chef, Yam Gurung, be on site to ensure fresh and hot snacks are replenished on an ongoing basis.
Staff will be billed at a competitive hourly rate.

Rentals
We are happy to discuss your needs for dishes, glassware, silverware and linens. If you require rental equipment we will book, confirm, pick up & return such items for a small fee.
